The storage shed featured here is a 12×16 Deluxe Barn built in Fort Collins, Colorado. The building size and the location of this shed required a building permit with the Larimer County building department. Esh Construction provided all structural drawings needed and obtained the building permit for the customer. We poured a monolithic concrete pad reinforced with rebar and a thick foundation. We also used engineered gambrel roof trusses with an open ceiling. One photo shown here displays the unpainted, primed SmartSide siding that is included in every standard shed design.
