They are most commonly placed against a house or other larger building and only require a small area. This shed is very useful in what could otherwise be wasted spaces like the common small areas between an existing fence and the side of a house. This storage shed is typically not attached to the house or other building for building code purposes. It is built independently with 4 walls. The roof slopes away from the house or existing building for moisture run-off. We also include flashing that is installed from the shed roof to the siding on the other building. This prevents moisture from becoming trapped between the house and shed walls.
