We offer a variety of building materials to get the desired look while working to stay within budget. We offer many different handrail and baluster designs as well as both wood and composite decking options. For each different deck size, our structural materials change to meet or exceed building code standards. Esh Construction holds ICC certification and has active contractor licenses in many municipalities of Northern Colorado. If a building permit is required, we can assist in going through that process. This typically adds several weeks to our lead-time.
