14×16 Rectangle Vinyl Pavilion built near Denver Colorado
This pavilion is built to be used as an outdoor special event area for a senior assisted living center.
Foundation: Concrete slab foundation
Posts: The pavilion posts consist of white vinyl with pressure treated 4×4 inserts. The pressure treated inserts are attached to the concrete foundation using 3/4″ x 12″ threaded rod and Simspon XP heavy duty epoxy glue. This pavilion required an engineer to review the building plan and make necessary adjustments.
The railing and upper decorative arch of the pavilion are made of vinyl material with wood inserts in the upper and lower 2×4 railing sections.
The pavilion roof uses Douglas Fir 2×6 rafters spaced 24″ apart with a 3/4″ Douglas Fir tongue and groove ceiling. This can be finished with any stain color of choice. It also uses a 30 year dimensional shingle to meet the local Colorado building department requirements
