Pressure Treated Wood Deck built near Wellington Colorado by Esh Construction

The deck shown here is replacing an existing deck that was poorly built and required repair. The new deck was built larger than the existing deck by adding pressure treated posts and concrete cassions. The floor was built using large pressure treated joists and Evergrain composite decking. The deck railing and balusters were also built using matching composite materials.

The pergola material consists of rough cut full dimension cedar lumber. The pergola and deck were built to meet local building code and passed all inspections required on the building permit.
