This project features a large redwood deck with a Behr semi-transparent stain finish. The new redwood deck replaced an old rotting deck that was built incorrectly and had started to sag and collapse as a result.
Our client wanted a portion of the deck to offer privacy from the other homes that surrounded her outside living space. We worked together to create a design that included a partial privacy wall. The privacy wall was designed to blend in and compliment the house and in hopes of being approved by the H.O.A.
The deck material consists of pressure treated framing lumber, redwood decking, and redwood rails with black aluminum balusters.
