This composite deck was built near Jackson Lake in Northern Colorado and constructed by Esh Construction. It consists of pressure treated framing material and Fiberon decking. The deck rails are built using a tan colored vinyl product. This deck features a self supportive (floating) frame design by utilizing pre-cast concrete deck blocks as a foundation for the posts. This significantly reduced the over all cost without compromising structural value. Several other unique features include the custom fan stairs and the vinyl gates that will be used to keep the pets on or off the deck area. This deck was built as a wonderful outdoor living space to enjoy relaxation and the beautiful views on the shores of Jackson Lake.
