This is a Cottage style storage shed built by Esh Construction LLC. It includes a 6/12 roof pitch with an 8″ overhang. This is a standard feature on all of the Cottage shed designs. This shed also was built with several additional options such as tongue and groove doors, transom windows, and paint. Our standard siding and trim is factory primed but not painted. This service is available at an additional cost. The shingles on this storage shed were upgraded from our standard 25 year shingle to a dimensional 30 year shingle. Our client also added outdoor lighting as displayed in the photos.
