Our cottage style shed is one our most attractive buildings. It includes a 6/12 roof pitch with an 8″ roof overhang. Like the Traditional shed, it too includes a 30 year dimensional shingle as a standard feature. All of the Cottage framing such as rafters, wall studs, and floor joists are constructed at 16″ on center for increased structural strength. The heavy duty Cottage shed floor consists of pressure treated 4×4 skids and pressure treated 2×4 joists that are designed to resist moisture.
Additional options are often added to the Cottage shed to personalize it and give it the finished look that each customer is looking for.
