This is an 8×12 Cottage style shed that was built by Esh Construction in Greeley, Colorado. Our client’s housing committee required that it have certain attributes that match the house. This is common of most neighborhoods, and something we are accustomed to when building storage sheds. We used a 7/16 osb sub sheathing and house wrap moisture barrier for our siding underlayment. Then we added a James Hardie fiber cement siding with a stucco texture to match the siding on the house. Our client added other optional items to this Cottage shed such as 24″x27″ windows, window shutters, upgraded shingles, and our painting service.
