This is a 12×16 Cottage style shed built in Loveland, Colorado. Originally the work site was not level so brought in one of our skid loaders to level the area. This created the level surface we needed to build the Cottage shed floor.

The neighborhood’s architectural committee required that the storage shed have lap siding to match the existing home. To accomplish this, we sheeted the walls with a 7/16″ osb sub sheathing and added a house wrap moisture barrier. Then we installed composite lap siding.
