This is a 12×12 Cottage shed built near Loveland, Colorado. As shown in the photos, our client purchased this building to accommodate a hot tub. We added multiple eave vents and a continuous ridge vent to provide ample air flow and reduce condensation created by the hot tub unit. Our package also included insulated shed windows and insulation throughout the floor, walls, and ceiling of the shed. The homeowner added a plastic moisture barrier, moisture-resistant drywall, and all the electrical to complete the interior. The Cottage shed shown here also features cedar tongue and groove double doors. This is an additional option that is available on all of our sheds.
