The shed displayed here is a 10×12 Cottage design with a custom 4×12 lean-to roof extending from one side. Our client wanted an attractive storage building but also an additional space outside to put gardening supplies and equipment. The square footage created with the building and lean-to combined required a building permit with the City of Fort Collins. Esh Construction is a licensed contractor and offers the service of obtaining building permits and supplying structural drawings when necessary. The lean-to featured here is secured by attaching to concrete piers that extend 30″ below grade. Several other options displayed here that are available at additional costs include single hung windows, gable vents, cedar tongue and groove doors, and upgraded dimensional shingles.
