Our modern studio shed is an attractive building with many potential applications such as an upscale storage area, an art studio, a secluded home office space, and even a spare bedroom. When used as an office, studio, or habitable space, it is common to upgrade things like siding, doors, and windows as shown in many of our photos. Small decks and door stoops can be added as well. We are happy to quote those upgrades in a formal estimate. Our base price includes the single slope roof with extended overhangs, a single steel entry door, 3 upper transom windows, and our standard LP 4×8 Smartside siding. We do not offer insulation, electrical services, or interior finishes, and we recommend that you check requirements and code restrictions with your local building/planning department before purchasing.
