Esh Construction is a dynamic, family owned construction company that specializes in the construction of exceptional custom garages and accessory structures. We offer fast, free, and fair consultations to help our customers make better informed decisions about their project. Our customers’ needs are always our priority. We make sure to to deliver structures that are fully functional, durable, and visually appealing. We are licensed and insured with 20 years of experience. We are accustomed to working with local building departments to obtain necessary building permits as we have ICC certification and active contractor licenses in many municipalities of Northern Colorado.

Currently we specialize in the structures only and do not offer electrical, plumbing, insulating, or interior finishes. If any of those are being added they must be done after our structure is complete by other hired professionals who obtain their own building permits. We do not oversee their work or act as a general contractor for them. We are not a good fit for structures that will include finished office space, habitable space, and permanent heat sources or plumbing. Those types of applications trigger more extensive permit requirements. In those cases, we recommend hiring a general contractor that sells the entire project and oversees all of those additional trades.

Sites must be level prior to construction with positive drainage around the perimeter. We recommend that gutters be installed after our construction is complete to minimize moisture and prevent settling.
