This is a 36x40x14 pole barn structure with an 8×40 attached porch. It consists of a wood frame with engineered 3-ply post columns and 29 gauge exterior steel. It was built in unincorporated Larimer County and is compliant with all building codes in this county. Our customer was in need of an additional building on his property to be used as a workshop with storage space. The pole barn design can be much more economical in this case when compared to the alternative of a concrete foundation and stick built garage design.
