14×14 Low Maintenance Vinyl Gazebo built in Fort Collins Colorado by Esh Construction

This gazebo was built on a concrete slab foundation which was used as the gazebo floor as well. A floor credit is included when a composite gazebo floor is not needed.

This is a low maintenance vinyl gazebo with longer lifetime and functionality than a wood gazebo.

The building material consists of white vinyl and composite materials with structural wood inserts. The gazebo rafters are made of double 2×6 Douglas Fir materials and the ceiling uses solid 1×6 pine tongue and groove. All of the exposed structural wood parts are under the roof which is protected from moisture and sunlight. They are also finished with a semi transparent stain. This gazebo shows how a ceiling fan can be installed in the gazebo ceiling as well.
