This 12×16 deck features Timbertech Terrain Stone Ash decking with a Timbertech Evolutions Contemporary rail. It replaced an existing wood deck that had been rotting away and was no longer functional or safe. We also replaced a smaller, second story deck adjacent to the 12×16 deck. The second story deck was poorly built and was not attached to the house properly. This was an obvious safety concern that needed to be remedied as soon as possible. We worked with our clients to choose composite materials that were affordable and to choose colors that complimented the house.
